Clarify and articulate the data that demonstrate your leadership impact.
Leaders regularly work with data but rarely have structured time to step back and clarify what those data actually say about their leadership and impact. These small-group sessions are designed to help participants identify meaningful metrics, develop clear comparisons, and articulate both their current and future Data-Forward Leadership Story.
